Freshwater resources are some of the most important assets to countries around the world and as the effects of climate change take hold, there will be an even increasing need for dialog between parties who share the same resource. The following link is to a paper I wrote on the Indus Waters Treaty which is a treaty about the challenges faced between Pakistan and India over sharing the critically important water resources of the Indus River Basin.
